Live Workshop Registration

Over the weekend we will have a number of Live Zoom sessions running and these are available on a sign up basis.

PLEASE READ THIS THEN SCROLL DOWN TO BOOK YOUR SESSIONS

Please make sure you have filled out the general registration before selecting your events. If you haven't please click here to do so. 

  • Limited Capacity

    The numbers in some sessions will be limited. 

    In order for everyone to be able to participate please sign up below for no more than two of the sessions which are advertised for the section for which your child is a member.

  • SESSIONS

    Signing up to a session doesn't guarantee a space in both sessions chosen, once we have the signups we will have a better idea of total numbers and slots available.

    Your sessions will be confirmed at a later date by email once registration has closed.

  • Waitlist

    We will attempt to put on more sessions if there is more than the allocated number of girls wanting to do it.

    Please email dubaidivisionevents@gmail.com if a particular session you'd like to join is full.

  • Attendee

    Please put child's name as the attendee in the details of the event!

    If you have multiple children, please register each child separately.

  • Open To All

    Some events such as the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and BINGO are open to all sections.

    Numbers are not limited & you can sign up for these in addition to choosing two from your own section.

Thanks for choosing the Zoom Events your child would like to have the opportunity to attend. You should have received an acknowledgement email but please check your spam filter if you can't see it !

Your Live zoom session slots will be confirmed by email at a later date.

 

There will also be lots of other activities to join in with which will be by video or written instructions.  All the information will also be available to find on the Facebook group set up for this event  "50th Virtual Event - Girlguiding Dubai"  so please request to join and make sure to share pictures/comments about how you have joined in.
